- Meeting room credits can be used Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 6:00pm, excluding UK bank holidays
- All purchased credits are valid indefinitely and can be used within the permitted booking hours
- Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will not be eligible for credit return
- All credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Credits can be used across all PLATF9RM locations, subject to availability

- Credits are redeemed based on the standard hourly rate of each meeting room and are not transferable between room types
