Led by Grace from Silicon Brighton, this yoga session is designed to help you stretch, reset, and reconnect, whether you’re a complete beginner or a regular on the mat.

Expect a welcoming, no pressure environment; a focus on breath and slowing things down; gentle, guided movements and a moment of calm at the end of the day.
