A maestro of composure and creativity, Eyal seamlessly blends his background in customer service, his passion for music composition and a dash of acting flair to embody the ideal Front of House member.

With a knack for remaining cool under pressure, Eyal orchestrates his tasks with precision, much like his compositions for film and television. When not crafting melodies, you can find Eyal unwinding at the cinema, enjoying the latest blockbuster, accompanied by his familiar, Reggie.

Eyal makes work wonderful by greeting everyone with a warm smile and serving up a killer cup of coffee.

Dog cuddler, snack enthusiast, and the creative force behind PLATF9RM’s most aesthetically pleasing corners, Eliza brings warmth, humour, and a keen eye for detail to Front of House. With a psychology degree in her back pocket, she has a knack for reading the room, whether that’s perfecting the midweek treats tray or keeping a (not-so-subtle) eye on people’s snacks.

Outside of work, she’s all about creativity, music, acting, dancing, art, writing, you name it. Numbers aren’t her thing, but she can play a killer tune on the piano. And when she’s not making things look pretty, she’s dreaming of her next adventure, ideally somewhere she can help save sea turtles.

Eliza makes work wonderful with big hugs, bad dad jokes, and an unwavering commitment to both aesthetics and snacks.

Chief of organisation, master of the coffee machines, and the first smiling face you’ll see at PLATF9RM, Katie is all about making people feel at home. Years in retail have made her a pro at staying cheerful under pressure, keeping things running smoothly, and striking up a chat, especially if it’s about your holiday plans.

Beyond work, she’s a collector of curiosities (taxidermy mice and Brambly Hedge ceramics, anyone?), a photography enthusiast, and a pilates fan. But right now, wedding planning is taking over, because love might be magical, but it also comes with a lot of admin.

Katie makes work wonderful by being endlessly curious, building connections, and keeping the coffee (and good vibes) flowing.

Moni has two middle names; Diligence and Efficiency, and she lives up to both with astounding skill.

Even with a name like Moni Diligence Efficiency, her greatest attribute is still how she leads with her warm-hearted nature - making anyone who comes into the space feel welcome and cared for. This doesn’t take away from her status as an email warrior, however, and if you look up the definition of “on-it” in the dictionary you’ll find a picture of Moni.

Moni makes work wonderful through her work ethic and general togetherness, she also makes a great cuppa!

Our resident flavour aficionado Jacob has mastered the skill of facilitating a productive and enjoyable work environment,

He mixes his background in bartending and air stewarding, along with a certain je-ne-sais-quoi, to embody the spirit of vibe creation and location coordination his role requires. Jacob is known for being at one with nature, both in and out of the office. Some have referred to him as the printer whisperer, which unfortunately makes the coffee machine incredibly jealous, but hey, that’s just the way the keyboard clacks.

Jacob makes work wonderful by making every interaction a moment to remember.

Got a question? Need a hand? Taffie’s your gal! With a career that spans hospitality, events, marketing, and even teaching six-year-olds how to tie their shoelaces (a heroic feat), Taffie’s always had people and customer service at the heart of everything she does.

As PLATF9RM’s Brighton Location Coordinator, she creates spaces where members feel at home while juggling her side hustle, Haute Flame—home to Brighton’s much-loved ‘Sip & Wick’ candle-making workshops. A festival fanatic and game-show enthusiast (The Chase, call her!), she’s always up for an adventure, whether it’s learning to knit or trying her hand at DJing.

Taffie makes work wonderful by bringing energy, humour, and top-tier communication skills to the PLATF9RM family.

Our in-house psychotherapist, Haia is a natural-born analysis machine - perfect for her role in Ops!

With considerable experience at WeWork in Berlin, Haia is no newcomer to the coworking industry. This combined with her early teaching experience makes her a natural problem solver and calm mind in a crisis. A natural ticker of lists, Haia is able to effectively organise herself and things around her, getting things done.

Haia makes work wonderful by staying calm and keeping a smile on her face.

Local joy bringer and overall vibe meister Lucy brings a distinctive positive spirit along with her anywhere she goes.

As the lead vocalist for the silly little rock-and-roll band ‘Orchards’, Lucy fits right in with the rest of our virtuosi team at PLATF9RM. She’s been a music industry regular for over a decade, so her networking skills are unmatched - she really knows how to make that net-work. And if you’re lucky enough to catch her in the morning she's sure to grant you with a massively joyful daylight greeting.

With a history orchestrating charity fundraisers and gala dinners, Tori is our events superstar, currently on maternity leave.

A social butterfly at heart, Tori steers all of our flagship events with ease. She can pull from her rolodex of ideas to create experiences that are both fun and meaningful.

Tori makes work wonderful by making genuine connections with others and with her unflagging positivity.

Creative, curious, and a natural mood booster, Issie brings fresh energy to marketing at PLATF9RM. With experience in social media, content creation, and event promotion, she knows how to turn ideas into impact, always with a splash of creativity.

Outside of work, she’s a whirlwind of hobbies, from photography and yoga to cooking up a storm. But her real passion? Championing marginalised communities and amplifying underrepresented voices, shaping her thoughtful approach to everything she does.

Issie makes work wonderful by staying mindful, spreading good vibes, and bringing a fresh perspective to the table.

Effervescent, fast-paced, problem-solving, laughter and sunshine-filled, Maya is a powerhouse when it comes to all things marketing.

From 7 years of running her own business, 10 years of experience in the general field and coming up to a millennia of directing her younger siblings to be their best selves, Maya knows how to get things done. Leading from the heart, she can light up any and every room with some much needed warmth, or, in her own words “kapow”. Outside of work you can catch her synthesising in the sun; an essential process that helps with germinating new and innovative ideas.

The guiding force behind our Front of House team, Siobhan ensures our team are empowered to provide a seamless member experience.

With six years of experience in the coworking industry, Siobhan practically has a doctorate in coworking. She honed her skills while leading teams and training Workspace Managers across multiple coworking sites in Bristol. Outside the office, Siobhan finds solace in nature, whether she's hiking through woodlands, scaling hillsides, or exploring seaside coves where she can indulge in her love for snorkelling.

Siobhan makes work wonderful by fostering a welcoming environment for everyone that crosses her path.

Laura is the operations wizard behind the curtains of PLATF9RM, ensuring our systems run like clockwork.

From generally managing restaurants to operationally officering in the Learning and Development sector, Laura’s experience has made her an expert at streamlining, strategizing and somehow karaoke.

An explorer at heart, Laura’s always up for getting that blood pumping. Going on sea-swims, heading out to walkshops and of course getting coffee with her 84-year-old bestie she met at Together-Co.

Laura makes work wonderful by being empathetic, understanding and just plain fun.

Part people-connector, part event mastermind, Ed is your go-to guy for turning the everyday into an occasion. Whether it’s over coffee, craft beer, or an epic event, he’s all about bringing people together and making it look effortless.

With a background in the restaurant world and a love for good food and great company, Ed knows how to mix professionalism with personality. When he’s not corralling the PLATF9RM community, he’s coaching the Mighty West Hove Dynamos U10s or picking up the pace at run club.

The powerhouse behind the scenes, Sally keeps PLATF9RM running like a dream, blending strategy, structure, and a sharp eye for efficiency. With 15 years of experience leading teams of up to 400, she knows that great operations are built on people, not just processes.

A qualified hypnotherapist with a fascination for the subconscious mind, she’s got an uncanny ability to read the room (and possibly your thoughts). When she’s not streamlining workflows, you’ll find her at an airport, passport in hand, chasing her next adventure.

Sally makes work wonderful by keeping things slick, making things happen, and always staying one step ahead.

Part community champion, part business strategist, Jon has been shaping coworking spaces since 2016, bringing people and ideas together across the South. He believes workspaces should be more than desks and WiFi: they should be thriving hubs of connection, collaboration, and great coffee.

With a team-first mindset, Jon is dedicated to making PLATF9RM as welcoming as it is dynamic, ensuring members get the best experience while driving growth. And when he’s not shaping the future of coworking, you’ll find him passionately cheering on the ‘Super Seagulls’. A Brighton & Hove Albion through and through!
