This class is for all levels, from beginners to Yogi pros. It will be a gentle session designed to help you calm your body and mind at the end of the day. We will incorporate flowing movements to support the health of your spine. A fabulous tonic for anyone who sits at a desk for long periods or has discomfort in their back, shoulder or neck.
Using movement, breathwork, music and fun, Bethan will help students to trust the instinctive intelligence of their bodies and create a toolbox of skills they can choose to apply in their own lives when they need them. There is no right or wrong, just a willingness to turn up on your mat and see what unfolds.
Each class closes with a relaxation preparing you for a wonderful sleep and allowing you to wake up feeling refreshed and energised for a new day.

Beth qualified as a Dru Yoga teacher in 2011 and has enjoyed teaching in a variety of spaces and sectors since.
She is head of Yoga at Pro-Fitness Hove at BNJC and runs group classes and 1-2-1 sessions throughout the week.
Her postgraduate Yoga training is in Back Care & Wellbeing for social prescribing and Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga.
