To mark the week of World Mental Health Day, join us for a special Lunch & Learn workshop focused on something many of us experience, but don’t always recognise until it’s too late: burnout.
We’ll be joined by Laurence Davies, Executive & Business Coach, Master Trainer and Burnout Prevention & Recovery Expert, for a highly interactive and reflective session exploring what burnout really is, what causes it, how to recognise the signs and, importantly, what we can do to prevent or recover from it.
What we’ll explore
Throughout the session, Laurence will help you deepen your understanding of:
- What burnout actually is
- The causes and symptoms of burnout
- The prevalence and impact of burnout in modern society
- Practical ways to prevent burnout
- Strategies for recovery if you’re already experiencing burnout
Your personal burnout assessment
One of the most valuable parts of the session is the opportunity to take Laurence’s unique burnout assessments.
You’ll receive a personalised report providing insights into your current level of burnout, your potential risk of burning out in the future, and guidance around prevention or recovery.
The session will be highly interactive, with group discussion, reflective exercises and plenty of opportunity for questions and conversation.
