Private Office Membership
What access do I have with a private office?
- Not only will you have 24/7 access to your own private office, but you will also have 24/7 coworking access to both of our locations from Monday to Sunday, with no limit on the number of hours you can use per calendar month.
What perks do I get if I have an office at PLATF9RM or if my employer rents an office at PLATF9RM?
- As a member of an office at PLATF9RM, you will have access to unlimited tea and coffee, unlimited WIFI, access to the members portal and a community of 1000+ members via our Slack channels. You’ll also get exclusive access to member-only events, and additional perks such as weekly yoga, discounted massages, and offers with local brands and businesses. Your business rates will also be covered by PLATF9RM.
Can we purchase additional memberships for members of our team who aren’t permanently in the office?
- If you would like to add more team members, you can purchase additional ‘flexible memberships’ for these individuals to allow them access to the office. Flexible memberships are particularly useful for companies with a hybrid model.
Is a deposit required?
- Nope. We believe in giving your business every chance at success and therefore no longer request deposits.
Can I book meeting rooms?
- As part of your membership you’ll get an allocated number of meeting room credits that allow you to book our meeting rooms for free each month for a certain number of hours. Once credits have been used, you’ll get discounts on all of our meeting rooms and event spaces.

- No, this is an addional charge that can be discussed.

How will I receive post?
- We offer daily post delivery straight to your office door.

Can I bring a guest in to the space?
- Each member is more than welcome to bring in a guest for up to 1 hour free of charge. If your guest chooses to stay longer than 1 hour, they will need to purchase a day pass to work in the space.

Can I bring my dog in to the space?
- You are more than welcome to bring your dog into the space. All that we ask is that they are kept on a lead at all times and that all four paws are kept on the floor!

Are there any parking facilities available at your locations?
- Unfortunately, we do not have any of our own parking facilities at either of our locations. However, our Brighton site has an NCP car park next door to it, and there are a variety of car parks surrounding our Hove site to choose from.

Do you have lockers available?
- We have lockers available in both of our locations. These lockers are available to rent for those who have PLATF9RM memberships. If you are interested in purchasing a locker in addition to your membership/office space, please contact our team via me********@******rm.com.
