Rewriting the Narrative: Tackling Gender Bias in Data through Storytelling
In this workshop, we will take a journey together to explore how gender bias in data manifests in day-to-day scenarios, through collectively acting out a story based on real-time data. As a group we will deep-dive into the entanglement of gender-bias, and hold a lens to barriers and challenges in the shared story.

"I'm most excited about being in a room with so many like-minded people and really engaging with the attendees. This will be my first solo hosting opportunity and I can't wait to have fun with the audience. I'm also really excited to have so many local speakers this year who are all doing amazing things for our city."
"I can't believe this is the fourth Kickass Women and every year I love it more. There's no better feeling than gathering together, the energy is always electric."
"Being able to work with the incredible team on Kickass Women has been so enriching. The best thing though is being able to have conversations with some truly inspiring people and I can't wait for everyone to see just how special the day will be."
