Once you see the science behind it, it’s easier to stop taking it personally (which is handy when that inner critic keeps interrupting your workday).
🧠 Explore
Next, we play with perspective. You’ll try on different “mental hats” – ways of thinking and responding that open up new neural pathways. This is where the rewiring starts, and where your sense of possibility gets bigger.
🧠 Strengthen
Finally, we flex those brain biceps. You’ll practise a mental strength training exercise to trigger the chemistry you want on demand.
Big presentation coming up? You’ll want confidence and resourcefulness – not overthinking or imposter syndrome. Difficult conversation brewing? Logic and composure will serve you better than panic or humour.
These mental states are within reach. And while you’ll feel a genuine shift after just one session, the more you rinse and repeat, the stronger and more consistent your new mental “muscle memory” becomes.
