We’re excited to welcome Ruth back for her restorative breathwork session at PLATF9RM.
This guided practice invites you to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with creativity and flow through a blend of modern and ancient breath techniques, including Conscious Connected Breathwork.
The session begins gently with seated or lying-down movement, somatic practices, and a short guided meditation to help you settle and ground. From there, we’ll move into the breathwork practice itself.
This is a take-what-you-need practice, there’s no pressure: you’re invited to move at your own pace and listen to what your body needs.
Whether you’re looking to release stress, find clarity, or simply take a mindful pause in your day, this session offers a supportive space to breathe, reset, and reconnect.
No previous experience is needed, just come as you are.
