Take a gentle pause in the middle of your week with this 30-minute group hypnosis session. Designed to help your nervous system settle, your mind slow down, and your body fully rest.
This is a chance to:
- Experience what hypnosis feels like in a safe, relaxed, non-clinical setting
- Gently let go of stress and mental noise (no effort required)
- Step out of “doing mode” for 30 minutes and come back feeling ready for the rest of the week
You’ll be guided into a calm, comfortable trance while lying down on the yoga mats provided (or seated, if you prefer). You’ll remain aware and in control throughout. Many people describe hypnosis as a deeply restorative, daydream-like state.No experience needed. Just come as you are.
